How GDPA Membership Works

GDPA memberships are valid for one calendar year from your join date. Review our Benefits of Membership or select your category below to complete the Membership Application.

Membership Categories

• Fellow Members

  • Eligibility: Georgia-licensed PAs working with a BC/BE dermatologist.

  • Privileges: Full voting rights, ability to introduce business, and eligibility to hold office.

• Associate Members 

• Eligibility: Georgia-licensed NPs working with a BC/BE dermatologists.

• Additional Eligibility: Licensed PAs working with physicians who are not BC/BE in dermatology or Retired former Fellow Members who continue to hold an active license in the state of Georgia.

• Privileges: Floor privileges; non-voting and ineligible for office.

• Physician Members

  • Eligibility: Licensed physicians wishing to associate with the GDPA.

  • Privileges: Floor privileges to address the Board; non-voting and ineligible for office.

• Student Members

  • Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in an accredited PA or NP program.

  • Privileges: Non-voting and ineligible for office.

• Affiliate Members

  • Eligibility: Health Care professionals or individuals who do not fit other categories but share an interest in dermatology.

  • Privileges: No floor, voting, or office privileges.

Renewals & Support

If your membership is in the grace period, please pay the renewal invoice sent to your email. If your membership has lapsed, you will need to complete the membership application.  For questions, contact [email protected].
